"No shows": No shows at the time of pick up or drop are charged $20.
Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel a Private Walk, Pacific Spirit Park Walk or an Adventure Mountain Hike, we require 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will result in a $10 +HST charge. Failure of your dog not being home for their pick-up time will result in a $20+HST no-show charge which must be paid in order to book any walks in the future.

"No shows": No shows at the time of customer drop off will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel a home boarding reservation we require 14 days notice at which time we will fully refund your deposit. Your deposit will not be refunded if a cancellation is made within 14 days from the reservation date unless we are able to fully replace your reservation with another client. Reservations made within 14 days of the drop-off date are non-refundable.

Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel a day of daycare we require 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will result in a $10 +HST charge. Failure to show for a daycare booking without any notice will result in a $20+HST no-show charge which must be paid in order to book daycare in the future. In the event that you pick up your dog after business hours we charge $1+HST per minute. Please contact us as soon as possible if you think that you may be late due to traffic or any unforeseen circumstances.
